Transfer T.A., Transfer Grant and Packing Allowance  

Transfer T.A., Transfer Grant and Packing Allowance  is admissible when the Transfer of a Govt. employee meets the following conditions.

1) The transfer need to be done for the sake of public interest.
2) The involves the change of residence on transfer
3) The location of new place of posting is >=20 km.

In the location of new place of posting is <20 km., 1/3 of Transfer Grant is admissible to the employee. Below is the table showing the rate of Transfer Grant and Packing Allowance.
